About Gary Kochan

Gary has over thirty years of extensive IT experience in software development as a senior manager, software architect, lead & senior software engineer. His career started as a software engineer developing applications in various languages culminating with C++ and Java applications. With ten years of engineering background, this provided him a unique skill set as a manager for the last nineteen years. Gary possess a detailed understanding of all phases of agile and waterfall software development. With this unique experience, he managed the successful delivery of many strategic business solutions on time and within budget. For the last eight years he has also been heavily involved in recruiting, hiring and mentoring graduates from top regional universities.
