May 24 - GTA Name Submission Survey sent to students and faculty

June 25 - Last date for GTA name submissions. Students will not be considered past this deadline. 

June 30 - Informal offers are broadcasted to student and faculty.

July 10 - Faculty/student informally accepts or declines GTA offer. 

July 17 - Funding information forwarded to the Fiscal Office (Joni Matlock) 

August 9 - GTA Workshop. For more information, visit the GTA Workshop page.

August 10 - Completion of GTA Workshop certificate sent to student and department contact

The GTA Submission Survey should be completed no later than June 15th. Students will not be considered for GTA positions past this deadline.
