IMPORTANT: All students and faculty must stick to the deadlines otherwise the requested student will not be considered for a GTA position. If your name has been submitted after the deadline, your request will automatically be cancelled.
November 15 - GTA Name Submission Survey sent to students and faculty
November 30 - Last date for GTA name submissions. Students will not be considered past this deadline.
December 6 - Informal offers are broadcasted to student and faculty.
December 13 - Faculty/student informally accepts or declines GTA offer.
December 14 - Funding information forwarded to the Fiscal Office (Joni Matlock)
January 11 - GTA Workshop. For more information, visit the GTA Workshop page.
January 12 - Completion of GTA Workshop certificate sent to student and department contact
The GTA Submission Survey should be completed no later than November 30. Students will not be considered for GTA positions past this deadline.
