GTA Submission Process Fall 2025

IMPORTANT: All students and faculty must stick to the deadlines otherwise the requested student will not be considered for a GTA position. If your name has been submitted after the deadline, your request will automatically be cancelled. 

 

June 10 - GTA Name Submission Survey sent to students and faculty

June 30 - Last date for GTA name submissions. Students will not be considered past this deadline. 

July 7 - Informal offers are broadcast to student and faculty.

July 14 - Faculty/student informally accepts or declines GTA offer. 

July 28- Funding information forwarded to the Fiscal Office (Joni Matlock) 

August 7 - GTA Workshop. For more information, visit the GTA Workshop page.

August 8- Completion of GTA Workshop certificate sent to student and department contact

The GTA Submission Survey should be completed no later than June 30th. Students will not be considered for GTA positions past this deadline.
